Semi-Automatic Little Willy Packaging System

A horizontal loader with capacity for 250 tubes feed rows of 20 tubes to a conveyer belt. Production capacity is 400 tubes per hour. A vacuum aspiration transfers the semen from the holding vessel without making any contact with moving parts. Easy replacement of the transfer tube insures separation between batches of different boars. While the filling cycle is executing, an independent parallel program in the micro-controller commands the label printer to produce a sticker with all the dedicated real-time information for the identification of the dose. Filling level calibration can be set for 70, 80, 90 and 100 ml. After sealing a tube, the label is applied while the next tube is being filled. Operates on 110 or 200V.

The semen bag rack is made of durable plastic. It can hold up to five semen bags for easy filling and/or sealing. It’s also easy to clean.

Automatic Semen Filling and Sealing Machine

This simple machine automatically fills, seals and labels semen bags. A built-in computer program will keep track of boar doses and statistics. This system will efficiently package up to 930 doses per hour. Filling system powered by compressed air through a pneumatic pump -air compressor included.
